Hey, I was wondering if you would accept the idea of extra scenes that occur when the character's food bar is full? Like when the player examines their belly in the mirror, maybe it should mention something about being full? IDK just a suggestion. I hope that once the full game is out long enough and you've made all the money that you're going to make off of it that it becomes free.
If your fullness and energy are low enough, your character will lose weight. After the deity visits you, bad-ending also takes half of your weight.
Nettie will be getting a WG route at some point in the future, and probably a bunch of extra activities alongside it. Sorry, I'm not sure what the issue is. There's nothing on my end stopping anyone from accessing the Patreon. All the characters are getting WG routes eventually. In the Demo it's just Bertha, Ben, and Sofi, but eventually the Patreon builds and later the full game release will include everything :.
The current public build is the last one, I'm afraid. When is the steam release going to come out, is it still august? Will there be a early access steam build? At the moment, it's looking like the end of September for the Steam release. There are no plans for an early-access on Steam, sorry. There'll likely be Steam sales and the like, but no, the finished game won't be free. Patrons get WIP builds of the game and there are tiers to vote on artwork and content. The final game is going to be sold here on Itch and also over on Steam.

The best way to get started in swallowing air is to have a drink with a straw on hand to help you. What you want to do is take a sip from your drink through the straw, and pull the straw out of the drink about halfway through your sip.
Once you get the hang of it, it becomes easier. Once you feel like your stomach is full, either lay down for minutes or just wait doing whatever for half an hour or so. This will allow the air to move out of your stomach and into your intestinal tract, so you can then swallow more air and fill back up again.
